интегрированная система управления
Система, объединяющая автоматизированное управление технологическими процессами (АСУТП) и автоматизированное организационное управление (АСУ). Тенденция к такому объединению наблюдается на предприятиях металлургии, химии и других отраслей, где автоматизированные системы управления технологическими процессами наиболее развиты. Интегрированная теория оценки стоимости бизнеса (Business valuation integrated theory) - теория, разработанная американским оценщиком З.К. Мерсером.[1] В ней представлена совокупность новых приемов оценки стоимости, основанных на разработанной им четырехуровневой схеме формирования стоимости бизнеса. Среди новшеств могут найти применение в оценочной практике, например, модели АСАРМ – модифицированная модель оценки капитальных активов, и QMDM – количественная модель оценки скидки за недостаточную ликвидность.
